how to use PASS

LOGGING IN

the next thing that you should do after opening your gallery is log in. in the top left corner of the screen, you’ll see the MENU button, with 3 horizontal lines in the shape of a square.

click on that to access the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. at the bottom of the menu, click “login.”

you must log in with a facebook account or the email address that I have been using to communicate with you, as that email address has VIP access to the gallery. if you do not log in, you might not have full access to all of your images. if you have logged in successfully, you will see your name underneath “account.”

FAVORITES & SHARING 

once you have logged in and are viewing your images, you can mark your favorites with a heart. you can also share them to your favorite social media sites like facebook and pinterest.

♦ when you click on an image and it expands, you will also see a new menu slide out above the image. this menu will give you the option to download, add to cart (to order prints), favorite, email, and share via social media sites.

**do not right click and save these images. the quality and size will be severely compromised. 

[ if your session package includes a photo book, you must “heart” or favorite the images you would like included in your book. please choose between 15-20 images.]

you can favorite an image two different ways:

♦ click on the individual image, and click the favorite button on the menu above the image.

or

♦ move your mouse on top of the picture you would like to favorite and a heart will appear. click on the heart.

the picture will now appear with a small heart flagged in the corner.

if you click on MENU on the top left a left, the menu column will open. in this column you can click on “my favorites” and you will be able to see the pictures you have chosen.

when you are ready to download your images, it is super simple. you can download individual images by clicking on the specific photo you want, then click the “download photo” button.

♦ you can also download all your images at one time. you can do this by clicking the MENU button on the the top left hand corner, and click on “download photos.” simply put an X in the box beside the “all images” collection or you can choose to download one or more specific collections if applicable (this includes the collection of your own favorites.)

once you click the “download all” button at the bottom, the gallery will package the images as a .zip file for you. PASS will notify you when the file is ready for you to download, or you can simply wait.

eventually you will see a “download” button which will allow you to save the images to your computer. then you just have to open up the .zip file on your computer to extract the individual image files.

ORDERING PRINTS

no need to take your downloaded photos elsewhere to be printed! you can quickly order prints directly with PASS by my professional printing lab by choosing the individual photos you would like to have printed and click “add to cart”.

a new menu will pop up and you can add the quantity of the size of photo you would like printed.

some of your images may be already cropped to a specific size. typically your images will be either cropped as a 4 x6 or an 8 x 10. if when you select a size for an image, and PASS tells you to create a new crop- I ask that you try a different size to find the appropriate size that truly matches the image. [ I work very hard to create the most beautiful image, and ask for the composition not to be altered with. ] 

♦ if you are having issues with finding the right size to print, please let me know and I can help! if you are also needing a custom size made for a frame or canvas, please contact me and I will personally crop a new image for you.
